1. Encourage them to imagine- It is rightly said that Imagination is more important than knowledge. Imagination gives wings to your dreams because you are the creator of that imagination not a follower and that is what is required.
Indulge your kids in art and craft, storytelling, creative writing, brushless painting, one line story writing, keeping a journal, etc are simple activities which can help in a creative mindset.
2. Encourage your kids to chase their passion- Help your kid to make his passion his paycheck. Support their dreams whether they want to be a sports player, artist, actor, director, entrepreneur, musician etc. Because mainstream jobs are too outdated.
3. Indulge them in career-oriented skills- As a parent always observe that in what kind of activities your kid is showing interest and then cleverly place them in activities towards their career goals. For eg – if your kid inclines technology then activities like Graphic design classes, Innovation competitions like creative idea competition, Technology workshops, school clubs such as Robotics teams, Online coding websites courses, Minecraft, Web design/App development. These activities will help in creativity, problem-solving, analytical expertise and technology skills.
4. Make them join certified online digital courses of their choice- Doing an online digital course which is certified can work wonders in the personality development of a kid.
